SUZUKI SUPPORT FOR SAFARI

Some great news.

Suzuki New Zealand is generously supporting the New Zealand Cancer Society through the Tranz Alpine Scooter Safari by making three UZ scooters available for Dunedin journalist Peter Donaldson, Queenstown-based Rod Price and Christchurch’s Mike Pero.

The trio will ride the Suzuki scooters from Christchurch to Hokitika in the Tranz Alpine Scooter Safari and immediately afterward, the Suzuki ridden by Mike Pero goes up for auction.

It will have less than 300 kilometres on its odometer (unless its ageing rider gets really lost).  Every cent raised in the auction of the Suzuki goes to the NZ Cancer Society.

If it's not sold in Hokitika, then it'll go on TradeMe.  Keep watching for more details.

In addition Pero's slightly used UZ50 Suzuki, Draggin Jeans has some special pants for sale as part of its support for the Tranz Alpine Scooter Safari.  Those who would like to get into Mike Pero's pants should click here
